Short Bursts of Exercise

A new study has shown that short bursts (12 minutes) of moderately intense exercise can positively affect more than 80% of the circulating metabolites in the body. These metabolites are related to a wide range of favorable health outcomes such as lowered blood sugar, and better overall heart health. Get up and move as much as possible.
